  Daily responsibilities involved supervising production lines, preparing daily / weekly production planes reporting directly to operation manager. Successful development and management a team of 2 fabrication engineers, 8 Supervisors and their team about 250 shop-floor employees in 2shifts with production capacity of 1600 ton\month. Implement all shop drawing for each project by using the suitable manpower, software, method & machines. Plan work flow, manage multiple priorities and meet daily production targets while consistently reducing downtime. Redefined the integration process between the production department and other departments such as prefabrication, welding, galvanization, sandblasting& painting, QC and shipping.Coordinating between workshop drawings and both technical office engineers and if necessary with client to solve any problems or make any necessary revisions. Directing, monitoring and coordinating, sectional processes & equipments, such as CNC flame cutting m\c, T-MASTER submerged welding assembly m\c, CNC DRILLING M\C and other equipments, to guarantee standard running conditions and maximum utilization of raw material with very high quality. Maximize effectiveness of production team, equipment and materials to achieve production target within planned schedules while reducing costs.
