  Implemented an innovative approach to thermal waste treatment, I have assisted Addfield Projects in creating solutions to sustainably dispose of waste which is too complex to dispose of by alternate methods. With specialty in designing large scale, complex and extraordinary waste disposal solutions. I led the development of a large-scale waste management solution where I planned, allocated resources, and managed timelines while conducting risk assessments. I overseen teams, ensuring collaboration and adherence to quality standards. Regularly updating stakeholders, I monitor project progress, make strategic adjustments, and prioritize efficiency and sustainability in delivery.
