This incorporated the staff training & development and succession planning.I managed the on-site HR which included conducting any staff disciplinary actions & discrepancies and managing the annual appraisal process and the completed final monthly payroll for all employees. I took charge of the daily operations that were related to any specific contractual issues spread over 15 individual buildings within the UK UBS contract. I ensured a consistent final delivery of the operations whilst adhering to the clients needs and ensuring that correct Health and Safety was adhered to.This included: collection and collaboration of all daily cash takings and ensuring a non stop business Process by correcting any faults by managing the communication between the engineers, operators and the clients.I worked with the team to prepare and present the monthly accounts and finances to the clients. This was part of managing the Service Level Agreements as set out for the contract. This included full knowledge of the Compass Nexus application. There is a specific business practice and conduct that the Compass Group apply to all of their contracts. I ensured that these were adhered to by my whole team at all times. Show less
