  First Aid & Well-being Coordinator – Manage & coordinate all medical needs and alerts for 550+ students and staff; develop and deliver well-being programs for students, staff and parents; liaise with hospital and medical organisations regarding individual management plans for epilepsy, diabetes, cystic fibrosis, severe allergies, asthma, etcSchool Anaphylaxis Supervisor – responsible for training staff and running 2 x anaphylaxis briefings annually; keep medical records and training up to date and in line with current policies. Counselling – liaise with teachers and parents regarding children’s well-being on a daily basis; see students for support with social/emotional issues as needed; make referrals to community services where needed such as for psychological assessments; reports to DHS as required.
