      Responsibilities:•Planning, managing and coordinating all the Human Resources initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, training, absence management, and employee relations are conducting efficiently.•Develop strategies for people management, succession planning, and talent management for key managerial positions and for stakeholders.
