  -Design and develop home appliance(DECT) especially cradle design which require 2D and 3D study & simulation.-Involve in 3D modelling, analysis and simulation, Design Review (DR) and Design for Manufacturing (DM) for each model development.-On site tooling testing by evaluating plastic injection molding & rubber molding process including mold condition and parameter setting to improve part quality.-Deeply exposed to secondary process(printing and painting) involving jig & fixture to be used for the part.-Ensure part and product has no quality issue before mass production.-Perform various testing on product(drop test,resonance test,swelling test,impact test,etc) to identify weakness point of product.
