  ● Developed and executed multiple mentoring programs connecting teenage Girl Scouts to local female executives, including speed mentoring sessions at our annual Cool Women Gala and a weekend program, “Camp Exec,” to enhance older Girl Scout engagement, get women leaders meaningfully invested in our Movement, and help raise $160,000 in sponsorships in 2018● Implemented a process overhaul to better support 1,000+ Gold, Silver and Bronze Award Girl Scouts.
