  • Responsible for the overall co ordination and management of the service including care and supervision of all stakeholders within the service. Dealing with emergency situations effectively and ensuring implementation of Critical Incident procedures.• Provide a safe, stimulating and fun environment for Children, Families, Staff, and Volunteers attending the centre, while establishing and maintaining relationships with same• Responsible for the financial, administrative, report writing and personnel aspects of the centre including funding schemes, managing drawdown, liaising with both statutory and non-statutory agencies and co ordinating and maintaining a full monthly service information plan for reporting to the Board of Management.• Co ordinate with the staff and Management to formulate, revise and implement appropriate policies and procedures.• Coordinate schedule for all staff • Co ordinate the services within the centre in order meet compliance requirements with Pobal, Tusla and DES. Ensuring all relevant records are updated and maintained and signed off correctly and stored in secure location.• Act as the Designated Liaison Person.• Develop continuous quality improvement strategies, including introduction of care plans and key workers for the elderly, disabled and disadvantaged families and children attending the service.
