The majority of my time there I had the title "tech lead" which meant part of my responsibilities were to ensure, we had good code quality, automated tests, good branching strategies. I also worked on fixing performance issues.

  In addition to the responsibilities in my previous role, I advice our CTO on decisions regarding Hesehus´ architecture standard, and I have the responsibility for maintaining the template, that we build future solutions from. I also provide guidance to Bizzkit and the other Software Architects and make sure the techincal solutions are in line with the overall strategy. Finally, I work with the HR department and participate in recruitement and interviews. I analyze, estimate and break down large projects. I conduct job interviews. I educate developers in new technologies and development processes. I talk with customers about their needs and think of good solutions. I participate in knowledge sharing across the teams. I do a lot of code reviews and sparring with developers. I take deep dives into hard technical issues and solve them. Same as before, but took more responsibility for making everyone on the team perform better and improve our development processes. Back end developer on several large e-commerce sites. I was involved in scaling up a solution to handle 10x the amount of products for sale. I have done lots of performance analysis and optimization on various websites.Worked with the following frameworks and tools: ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Elasticsearch, Redis.
