      • Involved, lead and fully executed the migration of PWC San Diego’s Utilities systems from Intergraph MGE to ArcGIS software. This included:• Developed an advanced SDS based geodatabase model to house all non-standard GIS data, and migrated data to this new model.o Created custom symbol sets and templates for use within ArcMap.o Developed and implemented custom plotting solutions that allowed for custom non-North grids, and specialized Utilities templates.o Developed and documented the business processes for the beginning and end day related to checking out, editing and checking back in of ArcSDE utilities data.o Developed a training curriculum tailored to PWC Utility Mapping Team’s business processes and workflow. o Lead a week long hands-on training session with the Mapping Team personnel, with these customized lessons, to retrain personnel on ESRI’s ArcGIS Software.• Assisted in the development of a number of ASP based applications for Navy clients. Some of these projects included designing the CUBIC (now CIRCUITS), Graybar, AUL, PhaT, Moment of Truth, Client Satisfaction Survey, and Code 30 Reports websites. Responsibilities on these projects ranged from complete back-end programming, writing VBScript and JavaScript, and utilizing SQL (Structured Query Language) queries to write database queries and return needed information; to designing all of graphics.• Involved in implementing several custom ArcIMS websites, one example was the Monitoring Wells Database, where custom print, email, and editing capabilities were added. This was done in coordination with GDIT’s proposal team.• Technical Lead and System architect in the planning, development and deployment of enterprise software applications for a United States Department of entity. This solution included the in-depth study of stakeholders and their business processes and data, development and integration of database schemas with the organization’s existing Oracle database and application entry process; as well as web, mobile and desktop software solutions. The software applications enabled product stakeholders to achieve new levels of organizational efficiency freeing up resources to increase operations resulting in the identification of missing personnel.• Recognized for exemplary work when one of my clients received the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation’s Intelligence Achievement Award in 2012.• Developed BatBase for the Utah Bat Conservation Cooperative which is maintained and operated today by Utah’s Department of Natural Resources.
