   Importing the electronic files for both sales and purchasing orders (PO) from the FTP sites into local PC Importing the electronic files into JDE (JD Edwards) system. Manipulation of data inside these files to get the correct results wanted Communicating with the suppliers to get sure that we get the correct files including the right data and comparing the results with the reports from the accounting department Troubleshooting the Data Collection software problems and trying to fix the failure or disappearing of the data been exported, so that we can get sure we get the whole data into back office and importing It into JDE system Importing the inventory and processing data on the system, and doing a full analysis on the data to troubleshoot any differences Doing a daily basis validation on the data from the shops with data being processed on the system (sales, receiving,…). Communicate with the supplier to troubleshoot any missing files and missing barcodes or prices not being defined in the system. Ensure all Inventory transactions are properly updated in the system across the region. Manage and update devolution and return merchandise to supplier and follow up with supplier related credit note. Follows up the results of the physical take on monthly basis across the region. Generate and validate inventory reports: Sales reports, stock movement reports, OAR... Manage all tasks done by the inventory control Junior Specialist and Administrator. Validating the data been imported from the electronic files received over the FTP into JDE with the invoice hard copy received from the supplier, and validating with Logistics Department the differences. Making sure all data related to shipments been imported on time before the Logistics alerts of these coming shipments in order not to delay the process of receiving in the shop. Reconciles the imported data: Purchase Order versus agreed margin.
