Severing as a confidante and advisor to the Lead Pastor on general ministry matters as well as vision casting and execution is a vital role with in the campus pastors responsibility. Leading, coaching, mentoring, and recruiting of for-mentioned ministry leaders is an ongoing achievement process where by RiverOak is able to continue to expand its ministry capabilities with in the community. As Campus Pastor I help each ministry lead assess budget requirements and then set up a budget with in the church business office. I monitor budget and advise each ministry lead according to spending verse over all vision of RiverOak. The purpose is to spend monies for tangible ministry results not hoard money up however; I expect good sound stewardship of all resources.
