Launched a successful product line review that saved $4M in the sink classifications, reduced SKU rationalization from 124 to 44, and cut Plan O Grams from 57 to 14. Current responsibilities include a spend of $201M for the Delta Sky Clubs, with services encompassing Food & Beverage purchasing, Club Management and Janitorial services. In the last three years the SCM space for Delta Sky Clubs transformed into a full-time role, encompassing key performance metrics created to ensure contract compliance, standard work, and six sigma tools, focused on key Sky Club deliverables to ensure stakeholders success.
