Oversee the timeline for the five to six month implementation cycle from RFP agreement to successful Go Live. Conduct requirements gathering for client business processes, IT infrastructure, industry mandates, and more. Complete a gap analysis to determine and administer proper business process re-engineering tasks. Assist client with implementing all process changes, and provide support through Parallel system and Go Live phases. Manage the budget for the implementation process.- Design new system features.
