  As a Production Engineer at a Soybean Seed Crushing & Physical Refinery, my primary objectives are to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and profitability of the soybean crushing and oil refining process. This involves meticulous control of chemical dosing and key operational parameters, as well as implementing robust systems to ensure consistent quality through a structured three-stage inspection process.To maintain efficiency, I develop and execute online monitoring schedules, allowing for continuous oversight of operations. I also take a proactive approach to process improvement and optimization, focusing on both process design and enhancing machine efficiency.In addition, I actively promote a culture of innovation and safety by organizing training sessions and team meetings aimed at fostering continuous learning, reinforcing safety protocols, and encouraging teamwork. Ensuring the implementation of HACCP and 5S methodologies across all sites is also a key priority.I create detailed checklists and monitoring charts for the critical analysis of each mandatory process step, which supports data-driven decision-making and process optimization. A strong emphasis is placed on fostering collaboration with other departments, such as Boiler Operations, Raw Material Procurement Department, Technical Stores, and Administration, to ensure cohesive and efficient plant operations.
