      Manager in charge of the sortation this role places me in charge of the largest team within the station, ensuring high quality, agreed cost metrics and clear communications. This dispatch role placed me in charge of a large diverse, multi-talented team working under short time scales to ensure that all parcels headed out on road to ensure our customer promise. A secondary part of this role was to deep dive into large data sets, identify potential improvement and relay to the site leadership team and metric owners. Amazon logistics SMDO, this role was based out of Kirby delivery station, I worked directly with delivery service partners to allow for smooth communication between the station and the onsite DSP representatives.
