      Consumer Health Care division (Diabetes Care) at Roche Pakistan as a Brand strategist of "Accu-Chek" (the World's Largest Selling Blood Glucose Meter). Assisted in the planning and execution of the launch of Accu-Chek Instant in 20 cities –engaging 2000 retailers, 100+ members of HCP and Institutional channel  Working on a project called "Accu-care" in collaboration with Marham.pk to provide free consultation to PwDs nationwide. Worked with the Head of Marketing to devise marketing strategies and GTM plans  Brand activation of our new product,  Planned and executed over 15 BTL activities at pharmacies.  Executing and monitoring of In-store activities, retail engagement events, Diabetes NurseEducator programs in HCP chambers, In-store activities at chain retail outlets.  Planned, led and executed 360-degree integrated marketing campaigns and developedcommunication strategies for key brands - resulted in achieving target of 2 billion sales in value.  Liaised with 7 external agencies for project and worked on visibility enhancement for thebrands through ATL & BTL activities,  Responsible for social media and digital campaigns, collaborated with telehealth startups andonline pharmacies like Marham and Dawaai.pk to reach out to the diabetic population,  Sales analysis by gathering feedback from the sales team.  Actively conducted market surveys identifying and tracking key players and new entrants.  Worked with Head of Sales to digitalize the process of quotation signing and tender submissionby incorporating different online tools, following the Agile way of working.
