  Experience:Transition Management of offshore activities:Transition of offshore activities to India. I have first hand experience of the offshoring process at RBS where I was involved in the planning, co-ordination and training of Indian colleagues in both the UK and also in India, where I spent time managing and overseeing a month end reporting cycle.   Experience:Lead on concentration risk assessment work stream– Valuation Governance – Major UK insurer:Currently working with a major UK insurer on a Valuation Governance project and leading the concentration risk work stream. I developed and introduced the firm wide concentration risk assessment approach and methodology for the LBGI portfolio. I tested the approach for viability and data availability followed by approval. This has involved multiple senior stakeholder engagement including liaising with and presenting to the Insurance Risk, Chief Credit Officer, and the Head of Investment Accounting and Tax for Insurance Finance Operations.Project lead for the Non-discretionary Fund Mandate Review project - Major UK insurer:Thirteen month secondment to a major UK insurer working in Investment, Strategy and Execution where I led a project to construct 200+ non discretionary mandates to ensure regulatory compliance. This involved robust programme management including planning the end to end project and timely delivery. This also included multiple stakeholder and engagement management including the internal legal and risk teams, an external relationship governance team and also the internal investment strategy and execution team. Implementation project for New Fund Mandates – Insurance Funds Governance SecondmentSix month secondment working in fund governance for the Investment Management arm of a large UK listed Insurer:I provided detailed hands on support to ensure that a suite of unambiguous mandates were in place for different investment strategies following a large integration project.
