  The Senior Director of Compliance and Risk Management is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring CAP’s compliance program across all clinical, behavioral health, residential care, and social service programming, with the primary focus on ensuring that all our services are conducted in compliance with all laws, regulations, contracts, and agency policies. The Senior Director oversees all aspects of the agency’s 340B, risk management, compliance, safety, and legal efforts, and serves as the agency’s primary liaison with HRSA. The Senior Director of Compliance and Risk Management will work as an integral business partner and strategic advisor to the CEO, other C-Suite staff, and key members of the Executive Leadership team to ensure the infrastructure, processes, and systems necessary to provide high-quality, mission-driven services to the community are conducted with the utmost integrity.
