      Managed eleven computer based test (CBT) centers in the states of Georgia and South Carolina and provided support to other CBT centers throughout the south and eastern states. Set-up new sites, including computer hardware, installed software, implemented policies and procedures, trained new staff, evaluated centers on a biannual basis and performed bi-weekly Test Center Manager reviews, facilitated training workshops, hosted clients for test center observations and walk-throughs.

      The Senior Director of Compliance and Risk Management is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring CAP’s compliance program across all clinical, behavioral health, residential care, and social service programming, with the primary focus on ensuring that all our services are conducted in compliance with all laws, regulations, contracts, and agency policies. The Senior Director oversees all aspects of the agency’s 340B, risk management, compliance, safety, and legal efforts, and serves as the agency’s primary liaison with HRSA. The Senior Director of Compliance and Risk Management will work as an integral business partner and strategic advisor to the CEO, other C-Suite staff, and key members of the Executive Leadership team to ensure the infrastructure, processes, and systems necessary to provide high-quality, mission-driven services to the community are conducted with the utmost integrity. The position serves as a vital senior leader who supports a high-performance executive team in building effective systems to deliver on CAP’s commitments to improve the health of the community and drive quality, sustainable services.
