  ■ At the beginning, We had 2 orientation days at Tolip Hotel at Cairo to discuss important topics and improve our knowledge before starting Internship such as;• Introduction about Alejon Company history, their vision, mission, and other things.• Product Knowledge about their different skin care and hair care products.• At 2nd day; we had session about selling skills, 4 types of doctors' characters, and how to persuade them to buy our cosmetic products.■ Then, we started 3 weeks of visits to about 15 pharmacies per day for 5 days at each week, and also DVs at each Saturday with my lovely mentor who helped me a lot with her great knowledge Dr. Nada Refaat to dermatology doctors & pharmacies, undersupervision of our District Area Manager Dr. Naglaa Ayoub.▪︎ The target was to get orders their total equal about 10k and I was able to break it into about 24k (about 240% over the target). Then there was 2 sessions about writing professional CV and interview skills required for any job to be successful.- At the 2nd, 3rd & 4th days, the sessions about 7 steps of making a successful call with doctors & skills required for it, and also important terms that should be known:• Pre-call Planning• Approach• Personality Types• Position Benefits• Handling Objections• Closing & Commitment• Post-call Analysis & Follow Up▪︎ Also there was daily challenges that should be done from introducing myself in English in about 1 min, doing a call with a pharmacist, and reaching Google form to several pharmacy students.▪︎ Then at the end there was quizes at selling skills, IQ and English at which we should get high scores to be nominated for the 2nd phase.■ 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠:- There was online session about product knowledge about "𝗜𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗼𝗹" from IBSA which I was going to make awareness & taking feedback from about 20 pharmacies per day for about 3 days, and give a daily report of it with the time i did it.- Also I had double visits with Dr. Clara for about 3 days to different doctors at different specialities such as URO, GYN, and PED, then give a daily report with the time and details of visit.● It was really a helpful program to improve my Knowledge and skills in both ways in a short time.
