My responsibilities included managing a team of 5 client resources & interfacing with 4+ vendors to develop the countdown plan for each site and ensure all networks & site installations were smooth completing the sites withing challenging timelines for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the project. I also worked within 4 Client Groups (H&PS, Resources, Products, and FS) where majority of the Deployment Leads were in only 1 Client Group.
