  -Participate in operations acc. to customer's requirement.-Run/pull casing & tubing with Casing Running Tool internal and External (CRTi/CRTe) with TTS (VOLANT).-Casing while Drilling (CwD) with 20” , 13 3/8” and 9 5/8” casing.-Monitoring drilling parameters during the casing drilling operation.-Run/pull casing & tubing carbon, chromium and CRA.-working with different kinds of power tongs(Single Tong,BK-up Tong,HawkJaw,Scissor Tables).-Run/pull completions with multiple control line.-Run/pull casing & tubing premium and non-premium coupled,near flush and flush connections several sizes from 1.66” to 20” .-Run/pull work strings.-Make sure that equipment is working as expected.-Maintain and develop good relation and good service towards Odfjell Well Services customers and suppliers.-Follow rules and procedures, react and report incidents, dangerous behaviour and situations.-Participate in emergency drills.-Maintain order and cleanliness to ensure a safe workplace.-Participate in "Odfjell Well Services safe job analyses".-Delegate,motivate and communicate clearly in daily work.-Participate in Safe Job Analyses or Tool Box Talk,on rig,together with customer. Also initiate a safety check with Odfjell Well Services crew.-Make sure that all equipment is tested and controlled acc. to procedures.-Make sure all equipment safely packed for storing or shipment onshore.-Fill-out and sign relevant reporting forms and Service Order. Send this onshore after job.-Through words and action visualize Odfjell Well Services core values and 0 fault philosophy.-Ensure that Odfjell Drilling's HSE rules are followed within the area of responsibility.-Build a culture for continuous improvement of safety and quality.-Provide necessary training acc. to the training matrix for offshore personnel.
