  Oversaw a team of 10 Airman supporting all transient and mobility aircraft within the Indo-pacific region valued at $3.8 Billion dollars. Maintained facility and test equipment tools totaling $750 thousand dollars, providing support to airlift and distinguished visitor missions to include United States Presidential support. Validated subordinate training, overseeing facility and Japanese equipment totaling $4 Million dollars. Oversees physical security, force protection, antiterrorism, emergency management, law enforcement, risk mitigation, Counter Insider Threat, & conflict resolution. I currently serve as the Provost Marshal NCOIC at the USFJ Headquarters , where I manage the planning, development, and implementation of operations for the United States Forces in Japan and its subordinate units. Monitors the effectiveness and status of wing programs and activities. Performs a variety of staff studies relating to the management of the wing. Evaluates program effectiveness and provides data required to support current or future plans and operations. Plans/conducts staff meetings as directed. I handle various functions regarding unit staff and cargo, from planning to control. Common duties include developing mobility plans, updating personnel records, monitoring staff availability, training the unit for deployment, and compiling data for wing units. MISSION: Educate enlisted leaders to develop a more lethal and ready force. VISION: Inspire enlisted leaders to define their purpose, build highly effective teams, and drive innovation.
