After the merger of Siemens Wind Power and Gamesa, I successfully managed projects to establish standardized ways of working and implement common processes and systems.Lead of project management excellence roadmap to improve project execution within the Service Customer Technology & Solutions organization. Training: Development and delivery of virtual and classroom training in project management processes and tools, as well as workshop facilitation. My global target groups ranged from young professionals to experienced project managers. I also trained line managers in the governance role as project sponsors or steering committee members. My achievements included seamless transition to virtual training during COVID. I recently established a successful major global training program for facilitators of project workshops.Community of practice leadership:Leader of global community of approx. 100 project managers. I facilitated regular knowledge sharing sessions, networking events, and discussions on PM challenges.
