The transition is enabled by SAP’s standard solutions.The Value Realisation team focuses on realising the full business value of the programme, and owns all related communication, change management and training efforts.I lead, manage and govern the change communication strategy and ensure timely and successful execution towards relevant stakeholders. An important part of the job is to align with and support the training and change management activities within the programme.
