  Responsibilities Performing:● Handling the team and understanding of field actual collection process and policy. ● Contacting clients, primarily over the phone, in order to talk with them about their debts. This includes calling customers at home, at work, and on their cellular phones.● Coordinating with customers to negotiate payment plans and payment schedules that suit their current financial situation.● Advise customers on their various payment options. If no payment agreement can be reached, we inform customers of further actions that may be taken to collect overdue debts.● Maintain customer files updated, recording times and dates that contact has been made and noting information that customers have received about their debt.● Providing detailed visit feedback to customer residence place / Work location if any payment dues and ensuring high field intensity.● Timely deposition of collected payments and ensuring application to right account.● Having soft and hard collection skills (BFSI) domain, preferably in rural and Agri finance.● Maintaining CRM (Customer Relationship management) to up-to-date work records.● Managing customer relationships, providing details about loans, documents and handling all the operations related to collection process.
