Responsibilities include providing technical advice on practice, precedent and policy as well as contributing to studies to develop British Army HR. Student on Intermediate Staff and Command Course (Land). The course is pitched at Masters level and consists of modules on Staff and Communication Skills, Security and Defence Policy, Higher Management of Defence and the Army, Acquisition, Project Management and Leadership. I received a grade of well above standard across this course putting me in the top 15% of my peers. Internal consultant to a project, part of a pivotal British Army HR transformation programme (Programme CASTLE). Assistance to the project management of a project transforming internal British Army talent acquisition. Overseeing the selection for promotion of over 2000 candidates.
