  As Neuromodulation Practitioner and Lead at The Kusnacht Practice, I am responsible for steering the establishment and growth of this innovative division across both branches of our organization. My multifaceted role involves creating and overseeing departmental infrastructure as well as personally delivering neuromodulation treatment modalities like TMS, tDCS, and Neurofeedback to our clients. I maintain a focus on research and continuous training to expand our neuromodulation portfolio with evidence-based, innovative treatment approaches. I ensured a seamless and gratifying experience throughout their stay at the Kusnacht Practice. As the client advocate, I focused on client satisfaction while aligning with the treatment team’s objectives to ensure treatment success. I served as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, led Live-in Counselors while on their assignments, crafted personalized treatment schedules, and worked on further revolutionizing our residential treatment experience while improving internal processes.
