  Energy Efficiency Account Manager

  As an Energy Efficiency Account Manager, my role is to help members of the Southern Maryland Energy Cooperative (SMECO) in meeting their energy efficiency goals in the commercial sector. • Managing 10+ core account relationships by maintaining regular meeting cadences • Tracking prospects, leads, opportunities, and contacts by meticulously keeping records of all outreach activities within a CRM system, representing tracking on 150+ ongoing projects • Presenting at service provider training sessions, including 2 formal trainings to 60+ trade allies, communicating program information clearly to outside stakeholders • Building program engagement, notably, recruiting 14 participants to an energy efficiency course, a record breaking number of participants, which delivered over 750 MWH of energy savings to the program in a single day • Analyzing HVAC and lighting specifications to verify program eligibility and energy use specifications, accounting for 60+ project applications • Leading all outreach activities for the Southern Maryland region, reaching 100+ SMECO members Show less
