      Hired as junior Delphi developer, it was my first time working as a team member in acompany. Tina was a customized information software producer based in Tehran. I joinedthem to be developer, tester and implementer of financial modules. Tina had 50+integrated modules divided in 4 sections, finance, HR, inventory and manufacturing. Theinfrastructure was Delphi 5 and Interbase 5. I was responsible on fixed asset, treasury,general ledger and other finance related modules in first 6 months and then little by little Iwas responsible for whole modules to be developed and supported with help of otherteam members.A huge migrating project was defined to change the platform to Delphi 7 and MS SQLserver 2000. Included converting all historical data of all customers, the project took oneyear to complete for 150+ clients. I implemented a tool to do all checks, changes andreorganizations needed to be done in automatic way for all modules.After near 3 years working there I was CEO assist and technical manager of the companyand left there to complete military service for next 18 months.Working in this company with more than 150 clients from different industries helped me togain a great knowledge on business processes and working styles in various industries atsame time.
