      As an instructor of mathematics at Mathnasium of Saginaw, I worked with students ranging from pre-kindergarten to 12th grade in their mathematics endeavors. Here, I learned to tailor instruction on an individual student level. This position was one of my favorite positions I have held. Working with children of all ages and being able to foster a need for (and enjoyment of) mathematics was quite a rewarding experience.
