  I have taken part of to several seminars organized by EY International in France. And then, I have lead various missions:- internal auditing, - operational diagnosis,- book keeping and financial audit in many fields of activities in Côte d’Ivoire and throughout West Africa.

  In March 2006, I have joined as Revenue Assurance Manager at Mobile Telephone Network (MTN-CI) in Abidjan. I work with the entire Department involved in revenue stream specially Marketing Department, Network Department and Information System Department.Since June 2009, i am Senior Manager, Revenue Assurance & Fraud in charge of GSM activities, ISP (2G, 3G, LTE, CDMA and WIMAX), Mobile Financial System (Mobile Money) and Fixe Line activitiesThese are some keys aspects of my tasks:• Follow up the Revenue Business Rules in collaboration with all Departments;• Define a best practices and process to recognize revenue and reduce leakages;• Estimated and follow up deferred revenue based on IN Platform dump files from Network Department and serial physical and electronic recharges inventories from Commercial Department;• Analyze the financial impact before launch new product by Marketing Department;• Analyze and daily control of credit available on Sims Cards from IN Platform;• Analyze and daily control of Electronic Voucher Distribution Platform report;• Revenue Assurance End to end testing before launch new product by Marketing Department;• Implementation and follow up of fraud application to compare the prepaid roaming TAP IN data from another operator with our own IN Platform data from Network Department• Validation of all revenues (postpaid, prepaid, Interconnect, Roaming) based on Network and Information System Department; • Follow up of data reconciliation from HLR_BILLING and IN Platform;• Follow up financial and non financial KPI’s from Information System data before posting in the financial packages;• Follow up all migration of various Nodes (HLR, Mobile Money Platform, Billing Platform, etc...)
