  In 2017, I had the opportunity to dive into the Veeva world, as I was in charge of Russia, Baltics, Romania & Poland country rollouts of a vast CRM program, rearranging the portfolio between divisions. One year later, I was in charge of the French rollout of another big program, meant for harmonizing processes across top countries.My involvement in such programs continues to grow since I am now working on a reporting harmonized solution & master data management at a program/ country deployment level, allowing me to grow on these domains:> Empowering my CRM knowledge & skills> Engaging with even broader teams near and off-shore> Managing senior management & sponsors expectations> Acting as mediator, matching IT & Business requirements or constraints to come to a middle ground and achieve agreement Show less Then, in 2014, I changed position & was in charge of migrating all the company marketing websites from the local platform to the enterprise-approved solution. Sixteen websites were re-built from scratch within 6 months, without Business disruption, and meeting the deadline of the legacy platform decommission.The position switch also included a cross-division, cross-country dimension since we served all European divisions. Overall, I managed 50 digital initiatives, from small one-page website promoting an event or the launch of an application, to Global multi languages & countries deployments, resulting in:> Reinforcing my language & soft skills by working with different stakeholders remotely> Providing fact-based feedback on the best practices to both Business & IT stakeholders> Improving my project management skills in terms of organization, managing customer expectations> Outlining & working on the areas where the process can be improved> Providing consultancy services to Business, shaping their request, refining their need Show less When I joined Novartis as a contractor in 2012, I was in charge of both internal & external facing digital applications. The scope included external facing mobile applications (both iOS and Android), external facing websites supporting the Business Digital Marketing capabilities but also Intranet websites or internal, in-house developed Business applications.
