  Management is the key to success; I had observed this directly on Transcomm Braverages Ltd. (PepsiCo). First I was in the Production department. I had to learn about the production process. Then, they gave me to the Maintenance department. I had to learn about their maintenance operations. Finally, they assigned me to the Quality Lab, where I saw their quality control process. On the final day, I had to pass a short exam, and I also had to perform a presentation.

  NITER Cultural Club is one of the most active clubs in NITER. My primary role was to maintain the program schedule, update every event on social media, look after the cultural competition, and edit some videos and photos to upload to the cultural club's social media platforms.During every cultural program, I had to communicate with the head of each club department to prepare the schedule. Successfully organized the 'Digi Gallery Art Show 2020' during the last pandemic.

  MGI is one of the giant conglomerates of Bangladesh. I had the opportunity to attend an internship program at Meghna Sugar Refinery Limited (15 days) & Meghna Pulp & Paper Mills Limited (15 days). During the internship period, I learned about the whole production process, supply chain management, and other operations of both factories. Finally, I had to submit two reports for the two factories to MGI authorities. It was a turning point for me to decide on my career path.

Responsible for the BIGW buyer.More responsibilities with the new designation. Communicating with buyers from Development to Shipment. Have to arrange all approval from the buyer. Doing all the internal sample-related work and responsible for all accessories procurement for the Sweaters through ERP. I was responsible for all types of sampling Development, PP, Test. For sampling purposes, I have to source & communicate with Yarn & all kinds of accessories suppliers. I have to track & follow up using the ERP, and Excel to maintain the T&A.
