      At CVS, I was a cashier and assisted customers with their purchases daily. In addition, I was responsible for changing signage for the weekly sales, planogram updates, and pushing inventory in the back room area.       I oversaw the operations at Hendry County School District. In my role, I managed 10 schools and 9 kitchen sites. I ensured that all safety protocols and USDA guidelines were followed for the following programs: breakfast, lunch, and summer feeding. I assisted in menu creation and recipe development for the region. At Richland School District Two, I was in charge of the culinary operations for 32 schools. In this role, I was responsible for menus, recipe adherence, ordering and inventory at all campuses. I participated in recipe development and served on the regional menu development team. In addition, I also oversaw the catering department where we provided meals as a service to the district for all special events.

      I currently manage the food service department for Connally ISD. We provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, catering other enriching programs to the district of 2400 students. I manage a staff of 23 employees, and ensure that each member is trained in food and physical safety standard and follow the USDA guidelines for the National School Lunch program.
