  In my job role I was required to give exceptional customer service at all times and demonstrate a passion for helping people. As I was branch based it was vital that I maintain a professional and smart appearance and greet all customers with a smile. My job role was solely based on the Estate Agency side of the business so I predominantly dealt with enquiries about properties, assisting customers in finding their perfect home and briefly dealing with offers. This in turn helped develop my telephone skills when liaising with customers. Everything I do must be in compliance with Anti Money Laundering Regulations and the Data Protection Act. There have been occasions where I have had to do things out of my job role due to sickness within the branch. For example conducting a viewing when there was no accompanied viewer available and picking up and negotiating offers on properties. Show less
