      As an associate director, I was responsible for hiring and developing a team of UX professionals. With the help of that team, we have brought the Marketlogic Software platform from the browser to mobile devices, with a unified design system. As a design engineer, I have improved the communication between designers and engineers by setting up a living style guide and a Sketch component library. I have implemented the first design system at Marketlogic Software. I have also provided proof-of-concept prototypes built with React.js.
