  One of the primary functions of my position is to act as a problem solver for both my fellow employees and our customers. I do more than simply oversee all of the operations for Lanter Distributing. I am devoted to ensuring that our company is running at peak performance so as to best assist our customers. Part of what I enjoy most about my job is utilizing the skills that I've developed over my 13 year career with Lanter Distributing. I can't imagine a better way to have gotten a start with this company. I fully understand all of the daily ins and outs of this industry and I leverage that knowledge to improve our business today. In 2003 I developed our Transportation Management System, from scratch, to establish Lanter Distributing's non-asset transportation services. I always enjoy the opportunity to lead a team towards innovative channels that add value for our customers. I drive business through financial reviews and by quoting the costs of doing business.
