Well Pads 114 no commisssion.  All preliminary documentation preparation for pre-commissioning/ commissioning for high pressure leak testing and engineering documents pertaining to commissioning are approved.  PTW / TRA / Method statement are conducted with client-ADCO for approval. New WMS system is implemented and same is followed now from last 3 months on Qusahwira project. Technical Query/ clarification related to pre-commissioning/ commissioning and interaction with the contractor / vendor and client on daily basis. Continuous fallow up with contractor in regards to all pre-commissioning activities are discussed and executed along with client-ADNOC.  On Daily basis, fallow up with vendor /contractor on engineering documentation. Ensure works meet on site is as per project specification and close monitoring on planning schedule.  Preparation of leak test, Motor solo run, MRT for all rotating equipment are executed and punch list are generated during MC/ RFC walkdown and same are closed accordingly for submission of RFC dossier. On daily basis coordinating with Adnoc operation control room team in regards to permit approval of all pre-comm/ commissioning activities/ schedule activities to be executed in Wellhead/ Gathering and central degassing station.
