Additionally, I collaborated with designers and developers to enhance the festival's official website, implementing innovative features and functionalities to provide a seamless user experience and improve online visibility. Through my computer science expertise, I conducted website analytics and employed SEO techniques, increasing traffic and enhancing the festival's online presence. In collaboration with the data analytics team, I collected and analyzed data on audience behavior, ticket sales, and film preferences, extracting meaningful insights to inform decision-making processes and shape marketing initiatives. I also contributed to the planning and execution of pre-festival and on-site events, engaging with attendees and ensuring a memorable festival experience.
