  SCMP (Supply Chain Management Program) Intern

  In this internship, we were tasked with a safety and business project. My safety project was to increase process adherence related to correct tool usage and my business project was to optimize internal storage. By the end of the internship, with the safety project, IEM (Internal Equipment Maintainance) started having a more interdepended safety culture by identifying 45 missing tools, enforcing 12 Stop Work Authorities, and one safety win. For the business project, I led a consolidation effort that resulted in 40 recovered locations, added a forecasting work method, and implemented a package sizing standard for vendors, saving 183 pallet spaces.
