  Senior associate integrated in the TMT - Telecoms & Media, Privacy & Data Protection, IT & Outsourcing practice group. On what telecommunications concern, I have been involved on a daily basis advice to telecommunication companies and also in international projects and several national operations with great impact in this area. I have been in Timor-Leste under a secondments program on the telecommunications' larger operator on the country, assisting the liberalization of the electronic communications market, mainly with the preparation and negotiation of agreements between the operators and other service providers.On what privacy matters regards, I have been actively working in conducting data protection compliance audits for companies in different activity sectors, in creating corporate privacy documents (policies, manuals and regulations), in defining and implementing procedures to ensure the compliance of several companies, and providing legal advice in national and international transactions involving transfer of personal data. Also, I have been dedicated to the organization of training sessions in the sector and have been speaker in conferences, namely about the Internet of Things. More recently, I have been dedicated to the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation on several clients, developing formation programs for different industries.Recently, I have also been dedicated to space law and policies, namely through the support to entities with attributions on the regulation of the said policies.Also dedicated to the third sector of activity, assisting Associations and Foundations. I have being providing legal advice mostly in the contracting space (local and international), employee global projects and transactions.
