It is so fun for me when I get to document the milestones as children grow up, graduate from high school, get married and then have kids of their own.   In my current position I assist JetBlue Crewmembers attain their Educational Goals. I suggest courses based on their previous coursework, support them as they navigate the courses and advocate for them as they move toward graduation. We hire JetBlue Crewmembers who will stand up for what’s right by the customer and each other, not because they have to, because it’s the right thing to do.We seek candidates that intuitively embody our mission and values. A career here is the difference between a "job" and a passion to stand for something greater.
