      · Management of planned and unplanned maintenance of all electrical assets that are the responsibility of the Property Services division within Facilities management in accordance with the relevant service level agreements (SLA's). Co-ordinates and assist actions regarding the documentation and procurement process. Monitor and manage projects in respect of quality, time, and cost. Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts. Evaluate drawings and providing technical input to building projects as well as major refurbishments.· Develops and maintains a positive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Interacting with the relevant professional disciplines to optimize the university's current resources. Consult and interact with key stakeholders to improve service delivery. Manage and maintain the supplier's database and provides mentorship to emerging service providers. Identify gaps amongst current staff and motivate staff to deliver effective service through the optimization of available skills and resources. Trains, mentors, and coach sub-ordinates and manage staff diversity.· Prepares and submit financial reports to internal and external stakeholders to facilitate informed management decisions. Manage the division's budget through reviewing actual expenditure in comparison to budget expenditure.Ensure strict adherence to the Health, Safety and Environmental standards, guidelines, and policies in and around the workplace.
