  💼 DIRECTORI had the incredible opportunity to serve as the Commanding Officer of an NCC battalion where I guided a total of 25 colleges & schools, which in turn had the responsibility of training about 2K cadets. My role was to ensure that the training is top-notch in all aspects of the military, as well as their personal development and leadership skills to level up the trainee cadets for a successful career in the military; 5% of these cadets secured commission in the prestigious Indian Armed Forces. Overall, it was a truly rewarding tenure where I had the privilege of shaping young minds, training them for a successful career and instilling valuable ethics & skills in them.💼 GENERAL MANAGERIn this role as a key Liaison Officer, I integrated communication between the Indian Army and Air Force in an operationally challenging location. Additionally, I mentored 6 Senior Managers to step up in case of any emergency, ensuring that the operations continued seamlessly and provided cross-training to 5 inter-functional departments to contribute effectively. This collaborative approach proved beneficial in the face of the ever-changing and demanding circumstances we operated in.As the Second-In-Command, I advised a multicultural team of 1200 personnel as part of the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in the Republic of Congo. Through meticulous planning and coordination, I was able to facilitate an incident-free turnover of the entire contingent.📌 These are just the highlights from my extensive military career and there is much more to my profile that I would be delighted to share in person.
