  Studied on DNA Barcoding, Synthesis of Silver nanoparticles and anti-typhoidal activity of synthesised silver nanoparticles using mangifera indica seed coat.Led a cohesive team of three professionals to orchestrate the meticulous accomplishment of the project. This aimed to study the DNA Barcoding of Mangifera indica species, Synthesis of silver nanoparticles using Mangifera indica seed coat, and determining anti-typhoidal activity of the synthesised Silver nanoparticles and its water purification capacity.We did the DNA barcoding, silver nanoparticle synthesis using Mangifera indica seed coat, and the anti-typhoidal activity of the synthesized nanoparticles were investigated. Mangifera indica seed coat proved effective in nanoparticle synthesis, and the resulting silver nanoparticles exhibited promising anti-typhoidal properties. This research highlights a potential application in combating typhoid infections. Show less
