  According to configuration given by customer we are doing Technical site survey report(TSSR).We are making the blueprint for new configuration, or updating the existing configuration. Weare checking the LOS(Line Of Sight) for the two end. Given configuration by the customer weare giving the antenna in the blueprint.In IP team we are making making MOPs i.e Integration MOP and Migration MOP. Basically thedifference between these two MOPs is that in Integration MOP we are making the link betweenother company router and Huawei router and Migration MOP is that in which we are swappingother company router with Huawei router. In IP team we are doing planning so that we can swapother company router with Huawei router and according to that we are assigning ports and IP tothose routers and we are shifting all the services from other company router to Huawei router.
