      Key Responsibilities: • Install, maintain and support servers, desktops and network Infrastructure hardware.• Install, maintain and support operating systems, business applications and database. • Install, configure and integrate new technologies into existing systems environment. • User accounts and mailbox administration. • Perform routine audits of systems and software. Involves desktops re-deployment, servers’, database, licence server and SharePoint migration or new installation. • Provide onsite technical lead for IT infrastructure integration/migration of offices in Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Robina and Sydney (total of 200 users). Involve tasks planning and weekend/late hours implementation with successful outcome and minimal disruption to business operation. This involves desktops and laptops redeployment; new servers, AD accounts, mailboxes, switches, routers and network configuration; emails re-direction, server and client applications installation and configuration for new environment. Show less • Support of all IT hardware and software assets ensuring desktops, laptops, workstations and peripherals are made available to the users in a timely manner and in good order. • Provide system administrations for user accounts (login, intranet, extranet), mailboxes, emails, data and database security and access. • Provide helpdesk support via phone and emails for all IT related issues (First and second level support) • Ensure enterprise backup operations, anti-virus/email gateway protection are in order. • Maintain intranet and extranet sites. Provide sites customisation services.Achievements: • Establish new data centre. Install and configure new servers’ hardware and services for 250 application users. Install and configure VMware, Oracle database, web application, MS SQL 2005, SharePoint 2005 and windows terminal server. • Install and configure new Windows 2003 domain, AD, DNS and exchange 2003 servers and successfully migrated 50 user accounts and mailbox from Window NT to new servers. • Successfully implemented new backup system for Singapore, Manila, Kuala Lumpur and Perth offices.
