   Review the Contractors’ document submittals such as Project HSE plan, HSE Procedures, HSE Performance, Emergency Response Procedures, Training Plan, Method statement & Risk Assessment, etc. Knowledge on the requirements of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, particularly Qatari Labor Law, QCS 2014, and Ministerial Orders related Health and Safety.  Planning and Coordinating continuous improvement HSE actions for all phases of the project to share good practice, feedback experiences and drive best practice, typically through continuous improvement workshops, lessons learnt reviews.  Organize weekly site management walk/inspection and chairs weekly HSE meetings.  Implement HSE Pro-active measures in the project site activities as stated in Site Specific HSE Plan and Procedures of the company. Assess on construction and installation methods of construction plant and equipment and advice / ensure HSE risks are as low as reasonably practicable.  Conduct construction related HSE trainings to staff to identify site hazards during their job activities at site and report them to Project Director and Client’s Project Manager.  Closely monitor site activities and site conditions on daily basis to find out HSE lapses of Contractor and take appropriate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CPA) and report to Project Director and Client’s Project Manager. Investigate accident cases, significant near miss cases, property loss incidents, environmental related issues, labours clash and disobediences cases, etc. and prepare / submit reports to Project Director and Client’s Project Manager.
