Increase the prior annual tonnage record with 11.8 million clean tons produced and improve feet/operating shift from 92’ to 118’. Collaborate with Union to resolve issues and reduce grievances previously paid by 96.7%. Managed assigned projects and oversee operations, general safety, productivity, schedule, and quality assurance. Coordinated with other cross-collaborative departments on the jobsite to work together to complete projects successfully prior to deadline. Oversaw everyday operations of all areas of the coal mine. Collaborated with senior management to maintain positive communication with all departments.
